ACIT's desire to keep all its business operations in line with Sharia principles and also to gain confidence of its customers has resulted in establishment of a Sharia Committee. The Sharia Committee is tasked with scrutinizing every aspect of business including documentation, processes and procedures of ACIT. The committee started its task during Ramadan of 1425 H (October 2004) under the leadership of Dr. Hamza Al Faer and the membership of Dr. Mohammed Al Qari and Sheikh Hashim Basurra.

This committee's work is a demonstration of ACIT's ongoing commitment to ensure that we do business in the guidance of Sharia. The Committee has complete freedom and total autonomy and is carrying out its task with the full support of ACIT's Management.
